Thought I'd move the twatting direct debits myself rather than using the transfer service. One of the DD's was for finance in my wife's name but the payment was from my account. Rang them (Barclays) to change to DD details and they said we cant speak to you, data protection bollocks... get your wife to ring us. She rang them, they said they couldn't speak to her about the DD get you husband to ring us. I rang them, they said they couldn't speak to me... blah blah blah.
