Just another example of the creeping Americanisation of our language and culture. The other day i told a young colleague i was going to the pictures. He looked at me like i was talking a foreign language. "Cinema" i said. The light of understanding spread across his simple face---"Which movie?" Fuck off you brainwashed muggy little cunt.
