This cunt was responsible for the Midland Railway's "small engine" policy, he also supported Jame's Andesons continued use of small axle box bearing in LMS days ensuring that lomotives regualarly suffred hot axle boxes and failed bearing. He was also responsble for the much more able Richard Deeley throwing his toys out of the pram .. Sie Henry Fowler was a cunt (and a Quaker).
