CCArchive
Col John Folsom (USMC ret) pictured (not a cunt), allowed his regiment to adopt a donkey as a mascot whilst they were stationed in Iraq in 2008. The donkey was in poor condition but was nurtured fed, and cared for by the soldiers . After the regiment went home, Marines contacted the Colonel, now retired, expressing their concerns for the animal's welfare. At his own cost, this guy goes to Iraq, finds the now lost animal and after many tribulations and much red tape finally in 2011 brings it to a donkey sanctuary in Nebraska. It died last week. It is my personal view that this poignant story captures the magnificence(and folly) of human generosity and the random acts of kindness that hallmark true humanity. Grown men are distraught at the death of this donkey, meanwhile other sections of the public are laughing their cocks off in a cynical unthinking manner....... Discuss.
