He chewed his face off and ate his eyes. The picture is what is left of the mans face. Police shot Eugene dead. They are running toxicology tests because they think he might have been ripped to the tits on drugs....No shit! Eating the homeless is one way of thinning out your societal problems. Over here, I would prefer it if some of the drug crazed could be trained or enticed to eat the criminal underclass.
