Where do I start with this one? Parish Councils seem to be populated with miserly and miserably old coffin dodgers who seem hell bent on ruining the life of anyone in their village who is younger than them They all appear to be people who had aspirations of a Political career when they were younger but failed to achieve anything close to that so they have decided to live out their final days pretending that the shitty village Hall they have their meetings in is in fact the House of Commons and they are the all powerful ruling Government. They are more ruthless than the Mafia and have more rules, regulations and rituals than the fucking Freemasons. They oppose anything that is logical and close to a good idea and anytime you try to sound these cunts out for the charlatans that they are or try to show a bit of fight towards their bullshit ways they start threatening you with legal action and quote endless policy at you most of it outdated draconian bollocks that they stumbled across while searching through the Domesday book. They are some of the most viscous, evil, conniving, grudge bearing, stone cold and malicious old cunts that I have ever had the displeasure of living near.
