I am nominating this contemptable cunt Venture capitalist (Read assett stripper) Adrian Beecroft for doing the dirty work of the government for producing a report that puts the fear of god into workers who are already in a state of fear of the uncertainty of their jobs because of the state of the economy brought on in the large part of reckless bankers. This cunt has suggested in his report ... "The no fault dismissal" - freedom to sack people almost instantaneously and for no valid reason, his reasoning being " A proportion of employees, secure in the knowledge that their employer will be reluctant to dismiss them, work at a level well below their true capacity: they coast along," and suggested more flexibility would make it easier for them to hire more staff and help cut unemployment Other recommendtations include; Delay plans to introduce flexible working for parents, to abandon proposals to allow all workers to request flexible working, and to remove regulations surrounding the employment of children. A typical self serving out of touch cunt who has probably never had to ponder where he was going to find next weeks housekeepking / rent/ mortgage. I would be interested to hear if any fellow cunt members on here who run their own businesses and employ staff have any opinions on this cunts words.
